Papari Valley 3 Qvevri Terraces Rkatsiteli Amber 2022 White

Rkatsiteli is another old Georgian variety, the most grown in Georgia. The variety is resistant and achieves high sugar content, so it is often used to make dessert wines or brandy.
After manual harvesting, the grapes are removed, lightly pressed, transferred to the qvevri and later a small part of the stems is added. Fermentation takes place spontaneously and the grapes are left to macerate for 4 months. In total, the wine matures in qvevri for 6 months. The wine has an intense orange color, mature fruity and floral aroma.
Full elegant taste, balanced acid and tannins structure. Long aftertaste.
