Finca Valldosera Vinya Germada 2014 White

Viticulture
This wine comes from a single plot, called "Vinya Germada". A vineyard with an approximate surface area of 1 hectare, with special characteristics, where the Subirat Parent grape variety shows all its aromatic potential. Clay-silty soil types with gravel.

Oenology
The grapes will be macerated for 12 hours before pressing. The alcoholic fermentation was carried out in French oak barrels. Subsequently, it was aged in oak for 5 months on lees, with weekly batonage. The wine has been stabilized and bottled.

Tasting notes Finca Valldosera Vinya Germada is a single-varietal white wine that stands out for its aromatic intensity, the result of the Subirat Parent variety. The delicate floral notes are harmoniously integrated with the nuances provided by barrel ageing and maceration on lees, giving it breadth, personality and depth.
