This well structured sparkling wine has its own individuality and complexity evolves continually in aroma and taste in your glass. It has light straw color with a persistent foam. The aroma is bright and fresh, showing hints of owers, biscuits, pears and mandarines. The taste is delicate and fruity with balanced acidity and a long dry creamy aftertaste.

Perfect as an aperitif or with light snaks.
