DOP Alicante031- is our first natural wine harvested at mountains and Planes with an area of about 4.5 hectares and 4 viticulture under the guidance of an oenologist Shukhrat Khakimov and technical advisor Mario Malafoss.
It is a very noble wine, high layered cherry red color with brown tones due to aging wood. Very tasty, persistent, although the tannins are a little rough. Aromas of ripe fruits, minerals, and spices, especially pepper, with less persistent floral evolution.
